Meet Kelvin Ntukula — a versatile 2D/3D motion designer, animator, and visual storyteller with a knack for translating complex concepts into high-impact, engaging narratives. A Bachelor of Interactive Media graduate from the Academy of Information Technology, Kelvin combines solid design fundamentals with over a decade of hands-on creative execution.
A self-taught artist at heart, Kelvin’s love for animation started at age nine, sparked by the timeless, stylized storytelling of Japanese classics like Spirited Away. What began as childhood sketchbooks evolved into a lifelong mission: to push the boundaries of visual art, collaborate with top-tier creative teams, and build a world-class animation studio.
Kelvin’s toolkit spans the full dimensional spectrum. In 3D, he leverages Cinema 4D, Redshift, Liquigen, and the Adobe Suite to build high-end commercial product motion and dynamic visual effects for global brands like Yale Global, Legrand, and SPIE. In 2D, he commands traditional frame-by-frame performance using Toon Boom Harmony, Rebelle, and custom compositing pipelines—bringing raw, painterly life to the screen.
His craft speaks for itself. Kelvin’s mental health awareness short, City Lights, took home Best Animation in 2018, and his recent hybrid 2D/3D short film captured the Grand Prize at the 2026 Windscribe Animation Festival against global competition.
Whether it's a high-octane commercial product launch, a frame-by-frame narrative short, or a complex pipeline collaboration—Kelvin is always ready to build something extraordinary.
